What we collect

• AI Chat conversations: We store your chat messages (text only) to improve our framework recommendations. No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored — conversations are linked to anonymous session IDs only.
• Email address: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address with your consent. We use double opt-in — you must confirm via email before receiving any messages.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to understand how people find and use our site. This data is anonymized.
• Widget usage:Interactive widget data (e.g., Eisenhower Matrix tasks, RICE scores) is stored in your browser's localStorage only. We do not have access to this data.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not collect names, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across sites.

Email

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send. We use a double opt-in process — after entering your email, you'll receive a confirmation email. You won't receive any further emails until you click the confirmation link.

AI & LLM data use

• LLM provider: Our AI chat assistant is powered by Azure OpenAI under a direct enterprise agreement (BYOK). We use GPT-4o-mini for chat completions and text-embedding-3-small for semantic retrieval over our own framework content.
• No training on your conversations: Per the Azure OpenAI Service data, privacy, and security policy, conversations sent to Azure OpenAI are not used to trainOpenAI's foundation models or any third-party models, and we do not use them to train our own models either.
• Where data is processed:Chat requests are processed in Azure OpenAI's United States region under Microsoft's enterprise data-handling terms. No conversation content is shared with advertising networks or sold to third parties.
• What we store on our side:We may persist anonymous chat messages (text only, linked to a session ID — see "What we collect" above) so we can improve framework recommendations and retrieval quality. We do not attach your name, email, or any other identifier to these messages.
• Retention and deletion:AI conversation data follows the same retention rules described in "Data retention" below. You can request deletion of any session you can identify by contacting us at hi@aiworks.dev.

Data retention

Chat conversations are retained for analysis purposes. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
